Teaching Strategies

I'm an elementary school teacher in Southern California. I've been teaching since 2009 and have taught grades Pre-K to High School. I wholeheartedly believe in developing positive relationships with students which in turn enhances student self-confidence, engagement, and achievement. In addition to teaching, I've been a Student Activities Coordinator, an EL Coordinator and am currently a PBIS Facilitator, Parent Engagement Co-Founder, and PTA Teacher Liaison. I'm here to share my journey as a teacher to support fellow teachers with Best Practices for Student Engagement, Classroom Management, Effective Teaching Strategies, and much more!
